Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake Recipes

Almond, Medjool Dates, and Chocolate Energy Bars

Ingredients

1 ½ cup almonds

2 scoop Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/3 cup cocoa chips

3 Medjool dates pitted

2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1.    Combine all ingredients from the list in your food processor. Process continuously for two minutes, or until the ingredients clump together and gather into a ball.

2.    Lay a piece of wax paper on your working surface and dump the dough on it. Press the dough with your hands until it forms a thick square. Wrap and chill overnight.

3.    Unwrap the chilled dough and cut into 8 bars. Wrap each bar in wax paper. Store the energy bars in the fridge.

Chocoberry Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup berries, fresh or frozen

1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves

1 frozen banana, cut into chunks

1 ½ cup milk (you can use almond, coconut or soy milk too)

2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (85% cocoa)

1 scoop of Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

1 Tbs ground flaxseed

Instructions

1.    Place all ingredients from the list in a blender and puree until smooth.

2.    Pour into a glass and garnish with additional raspberries if desired.

3.    Serve and enjoy.

Chocolate Power Almond Cupcakes

Ingredients

non-stick cooking spray

1 ½ cups almond flour or ground almonds

2 scoops Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¾ cup sweetener of your choice

¼ cup almond butter (unsweetened)

4 eggs

1 cup milk

2 tsp baking powder

¼  tsp hazelnut extract

¼  tsp salt

Instructions

1.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2.    Grease with non-stick cooking spray 20 paper baking cups. Set aside.

3.    In a bowl, with the help of an electric mixer (high-speed) beat the almond butter and sweetener until fluffy.

4.    Add the eggs and hazelnut extract and continue to blend.

5.    In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, and salt.

6.    Combine the almond butter mixture with the almond flour mixture; add the milk and blend until thick and smooth.

7.    Divide the batter into 20 baking cups evenly.

8.    Bake 25 - 30 minutes.

9.    Cool the cupcakes on a wire rack.

10.Transfer the cupcakes to a serving plate, serve and enjoy!

Chocolate Protein Lovers Shake

Ingredients

2 scoops of Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

2 cups of water

2 Tbs low-fat sour cream

2 tsp of flaxseed oil

Sweetener of your choice (optional)

Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

1.    Place all ingredients from the list in your high-speed blender.

2.    Beat 1-2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

3.    Serve in a chilled glasses, decorate with mint leaves and enjoy!

Healthy Choco Cinnamon Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup cornstarch

2 Tbs brown sugar

3 Tbs unsweetened cocoa

1 scoop of Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

1 tsp cinnamon

2 oz dark chocolate (cut into small pieces)

2 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

1.    Add all ingredients from list (except the milk) to the saucepan and boil over medium heat.

2.    Stir in the milk gradually. Boil for two or three minutes, stirring constantly.

3.    Remove from heat and let the pudding cool.

4.     Refrigerate before eating.

5.    Serve.

Hot Chocolate Protein Smoothie with Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 Tbs of bitter chocolate

2 Tbs cocoa powder

1 scoop of Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

1 glass almond milk

3 Tbs oatmeal

1 Tbs Chia seed

1 Tbs peanut butter

Instructions

1.    Place all ingredients from the list (except dark chocolate) in a high-speed blender and grind well.

2.    Transfer the mixture to the glass bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.

3.    The next day, place the mixture in a pan, stir well to be very creamy.

4.    Cook the mixture for 5 minutes over medium heat; stir.

5.    Add the chocolate and keep stirring until it is dissolved in the mixture.

6.    Serve hot and enjoy!!

Murky Cashew Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

1 scoop Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

3 Tbs raw cacao powder

2 Tbsp cashew butter

2 Tbsp cashew nuts, chopped

1 frozen banana, sliced

1 Tbsp organic honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)

¾ cup coconut milk, unsweetened

Instructions

1.    Add all ingredients from the list in your high-speed blender; blend until completely smooth and creamy.

2.    Pour in a glass or jar, sprinkle with chopped cashew nuts and enjoy!

Peppermint and Chocolate Chips Energy Bombs

Ingredients

1 scoop of Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

2 oz dark chocolate, chopped

1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled

1 Tbs fresh peppermint leaves, minced

1 cup coconut milk, creamed

¼ cup powdered sweetener of your choice

1 Tbs coconut oil, melted

Instructions

1.    Remove the pit from the avocado and slice the avocado inside the skin. Scoop out the avocado flesh.

2.    Combine the avocado flesh, creamed coconut milk, sweetener, melted coconut oil and fresh minced peppermint in your food processor. Pulse until smooth.

3.    Mix in the chocolate protein shake and chopped dark chocolate. Continue to blend.

4.    Make14 balls, and place on a plate lined with wax or parchment paper.

5.    Freeze it for about 2-3 hours, or until set. Serve.

Power Chocolate and Almond Cake

Ingredients

2 cups almond meal

1/3 tsp salt

1/3 tsp baking soda

4 Tbsp cocoa powder

5 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 Tbsp almond milk

1 1/2 tsp almond extract

4 Tbsp agave nectar or sweetener of your choice

2 scoops of Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

Non-sticking cooking spray

Instructions

1.    Preheat oven to 340F degrees.

2.    Grease a baking pan with non-sticking cooking spray. Set aside.

3.    In a deep bowl mix salt, cocoa powder, almond meal and baking soda.

4.    In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, almond milk, chocolate protein shake, almond extract and maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice).

5.    Combine the almond meal mixture with coconut oil mixture and mix well.

6.    Pour evenly the batter into a prepared baking pan.

7.    Bake for 10-15 minutes.

8.    Let cool on a wire rack.

9.    Cut the cake and serve.

Superpower Chocolate, Chia-Coconut-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

2 scoops Chocolate Flavor Foundation Shake

2 Tbsp cacao powder, unsweetened

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup fresh mango, sliced

1 ripe banana

2 Tbs flax seeds

2 Tbs chia seeds

2 Tbs hemp seeds

1 cup filtered water

1 cup organic baby spinach

1 cup organic kale

Instructions

1.    Add all ingredients from the list to your high-speed blender.

2.    Blend on high until all of the ingredients get smooth, rich and creamy consistency.

3.    If your smoothie is too thick, add more water and blend again.

Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake Recipes

Almond - Oatmeal and Raisins Vanilla Shake

Ingredients

2 scoops of Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

1 ½ cups of skim milk

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup raisins

1 Tbs of ground almonds

1 Tbs peanut butter

Instructions

1.    Place all ingredients from the list in your high-speed blender.

2.    Blend until smooth and creamy.

3.    Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!

Carrots, Pineapple, and Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

1 cup coconut or almond flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 scoop Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

1 tsp baking powder

3 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

2 cups  grated carrot

1 cup  pineapple chunks

Instructions

1.    In a mixing bowl, blend the flour (coconut or almond) with the other dry ingredients. Add in the oil and mix well.

2.    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

3.    Add the beaten eggs to the flour mixture and stir well. Finally, add in grated carrot and chopped pineapple.

4.    Pour the batter into a pre-greased, refractory container. Cook in the microwave oven for about 9 minutes at high temperature.

5.    Let cool, slice and serve.

Frost Lemon and Vanilla Cream

Ingredients

¼ cup cream cheese softened

2 Tbs heavy cream

1 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

4 Tbsp sweetener of your choice

Coconut powder (optional)

Instructions

1.    In a microwave-safe bowl combine all ingredients from the list.

2.    Place in a microwave and cook on HIGH for 90 seconds.

3.    Every 30 seconds stir to combine the ingredients well.

4.    Pour the mixture into a cups or bowls, let completely cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

5.    Before serving, decorate with the lemon peel.

Hazelnuts, Orange and Ginger Biscotti

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

2 scoops Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

1 egg

¼ cup hazelnuts

½ cup orange juice

½ orange peel

4 dates

1 tsp ginger, fresh, minced

½ tsp baking soda

1 pinch of salt

2 Tbs coconut oil (optional)

1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

1.    Preheat oven to 360F.

2.    In a food processor or blender, blend the hazelnuts with dates until hazelnuts are chopped, but not ground.

3.    Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until mixed well.

4.    Form a ball from the batter.

5.    Put the dough on baking parchment paper, and extend it with your hands to form a rectangle of about a finger thick. 

6.    Bake for 20-25 minutes until the surface starts to brown.

7.    Remove the tray from the oven and let cool.

8.    Cut into strips a few fingers wide.

9.    Bring back to oven and bake for about 10 minutes more.

10.Serve warm or cold.

Homemade Vanilla Protein Bars

Ingredients

2 scoops Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

4 Tbs almond butter or nuts

2 tsp coconut sugar (or sweetener per taste)

4 tsp water

1 ½ ounce  cocoa chips

½ Tbs coconut flour

Instructions

1.    In a bowl, place vanilla protein powder, almond butter or nuts, coconut sugar and flour and cocoa chips.

2.    Mix well using a spatula.

3.    Add 2 teaspoons of water; keep mixing.

4.    Add slowly another 2 teaspoons of water.

5.    Do not to pour too much water, or the consistency will not be solid enough.

6.    Shape the mixture into small rectangles.

7.    Once you have molded your bars, set them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

8.    Enjoy!

Powerful Nutty Energy Bars

Ingredients

¾ cup whole almonds

¼ cup cashew nuts (or other nuts, pecans, brazil nuts etc.)

¾ cup dates

2 Tbs water

1 scoop of Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 Tbs cinnamon

Instructions

1.    Using an immersion mixer or a blender, mix the almonds and cashew nuts until you get a ground powder.

2.    Add the pitted dates, water, vanilla and cinnamon, mix for a few moments until you get a compact paste.

3.    Spread the batter thinly (about 1/ 2cm) on a baking or parchment paper, and cut into bars.

4.    Keep stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Triple Berry Vanilla Protein Shake

Ingredients

2 scoops of Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

½ cup strawberries

¼ cup  blueberries, fresh or frozen

¼ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup of water

Ice cubes

Sweetener of your choice (optional)

Instructions

1.    Place all ingredients from the list in your high-speed blender.

2.    Using of sweetener is optional.

3.    Beat at high-speed until all ingredients achieve a creamy density.

4.    Pour into a chilled glasses and serve.

Vanilla and Maqui Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Tbs Maqui berry powder

1 scoop of Vanilla Flavor Foundation Shake

¼ cup coconut milk

1 kiwi (peeled and chopped)

¼ cup strawberries

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tsp poppy seeds

Ice cubes

¾ cup water
